  • Return of El Mosquito block to the province of Santa Cruz.
2018
  • Commencement of operations in Río Negro and Mendoza.
  • Incorporation of Aconcagua Energía S.A. (Holding) and Aconcagua Energía Generación.
  • Concessions awarded: Puesto Pozo Cercado and Atuel Norte (25 years); Catriel Oeste/Viejo and Loma Guadalosa (10 years).
  • Incorporation of Aconcagua Energía Servicios.
  • Acquisition of Flush By and Pulling A-101 rig.

  • Strategic agreement with Vista Energy Argentina.
  • Acquisition of Inkia Energy's businesses in Argentina.
  • Institutional agreements with UNRN, UNCOMA, and UNCUYO.
  • Acquisition of the Drilling A-301 rig.
2024
  • First well drilled in Mendoza using our own A-301 rig.
  • Release of the Group's First Sustainability Report.
  • Appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Compact (2024-2026). Payún Oeste Block, Mendoza.
  • Acquisition of the A-302 drilling rig and commencement of Rig-up. 10-year concession extensions for the areas: Entre Lomas Río Negro, 25 de Mayo - Medanito S.E., and Jagüel de los Machos.

Over a decade generating Argentine energy

Aconcagua Energía was founded in 2015 by professionals with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, aiming to contribute to the energy development of Argentina and the region through an integrated management model and a long-term vision.

Since its beginnings, Aconcagua Energía has driven sustained growth based on operational efficiency, responsible investment, and value creation for its clients, partners, and investors. This approach has allowed us to consolidate a dynamic organization capable of adapting to the challenges of the energy sector and keeping pace with evolving demand.

Over the years, the Group has progressively expanded its activities, integrating power generation, energy marketing, and specialized industry services.
